1 Introduction

Welcome to rr777. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and rr777 ("rr777", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at rr777.life. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the rr777 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms apply to all players accessing rr777 from Pakistan and govern every aspect of your use of the platform — from account creation through to withdrawal of funds and participation in promotions. Specific game rules, bonus terms and promotional conditions are published separately but form part of the overall agreement between you and rr777 by reference.

2 Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings defined below throughout this document and in all rr777 communications:

3 Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any part of the rr777 platform. rr777 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit funds, place bets or participate in any promotion. Age is verified through the payment methods used — Pakistani mobile wallet accounts (Easypaisa, JazzCash) are linked to CNIC-verified identities. rr777 may request additional documentary proof of age at any time and will suspend accounts where age cannot be confirmed.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold one rr777 account only. Duplicate account creation — whether under the same name, the same contact number, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If rr777 detects multiple accounts operated by or for the same individual, all associated accounts will be immediately suspended, all balances (including both Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance) will be forfeited, and any pending withdrawals will be cancelled. rr777 uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts and the decision to suspend is at rr777's sole discretion.

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and to update it promptly if it changes. Providing false information — including but not limited to a false name, false date of birth or a phone number that belongs to another person — is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions

rr777 is operated for and marketed to players based in Pakistan. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and rr777 accepts no liability for any consequences arising from such access. rr777 reserves the right to restrict or block access from specific regions at any time.

4 Account Rules

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rr777 account login credentials. rr777 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify rr777 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.2 Account Suspension and Closure

rr777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the Player has violated any of these Terms; fraud or money laundering is suspected; the Player fails to complete required verification; or the Player's conduct is deemed harmful to other players or the platform. In the event of suspension due to verified breach of Terms, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part as determined by rr777's internal review process.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal or betting activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered inactive. rr777 will notify the registered contact number or email before applying an inactivity fee of Rs 100 per calendar month to the Real Money Balance of the dormant account. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be archived. Reactivation is possible by logging in and contacting support.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rr777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. All transactions on the rr777 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC completion where required. rr777 targets processing of Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals within 30 minutes of request approval. Bank IBFT transfers may take between two and eight hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. rr777 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 100.

5.3 Verification Requirements

rr777 may require identity verification (KYC) before approving withdrawals above Rs 50,000 or where the transaction monitoring system flags a withdrawal for review. KYC documents required may include a copy of your CNIC and proof of the payment method used. rr777 targets completing KYC reviews within 24 hours of receipt of complete documentation. Withdrawals will be held pending KYC completion and released upon approval. If verification fails, the funds will be returned to the account balance and the player notified.

5.4 Deposit Limits

rr777 does not impose platform-level maximum deposit limits for standard verified accounts. Players may set their own voluntary deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools in the account dashboard. These player-imposed limits are applied immediately and increases to them are subject to a mandatory seven-day cooling-off period before taking effect.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on the rr777 platform are final once confirmed. The confirmation screen displayed after placing a bet constitutes the binding record of your wager. rr777 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances covered by Sections 6.3 and 6.4 below. The minimum stake for a sports bet is Rs 50 and the minimum stake for table games and crash games is Rs 10 unless otherwise specified within the individual game interface.

6.2 Odds and Prices

Odds displayed on the rr777 platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. If the odds change between the moment you select a market and the moment you confirm your bet, rr777 will display the updated odds on the confirmation screen. Accepting the confirmation screen at the updated price constitutes your agreement to bet at those odds. rr777 does not operate a best-odds guarantee unless explicitly stated in a specific promotion.

6.3 Abandoned and Voided Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before a result can be determined under the relevant competition rules, rr777 will void all bets on that event and return stakes to player accounts within 24 hours of the official abandonment announcement. For cricket specifically, if a match does not reach the minimum overs required for a result under the competition's D/L or weather rules, bets will be voided and stakes returned in full. Where a result is achieved under revised rules (e.g., Duckworth-Lewis), that official result stands.

6.4 Error Correction

rr777 takes reasonable steps to ensure that odds and game results displayed on the platform are accurate. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to obvious keying errors, incorrect odds resulting from a technical malfunction, or the display of odds that are clearly inconsistent with the prevailing market — rr777 reserves the right to void any bets placed at erroneous prices, regardless of whether those bets have been confirmed or settled. Players will be notified and stakes refunded in such cases.

6.5 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout per single settled bet or game round at rr777 is Rs 5,000,000 (Rs 50 lakh) unless otherwise stated in specific game or market rules. Accumulator and parlay payouts are subject to combined maximum payout limits which are displayed within the bet slip interface prior to confirmation.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Welcome Bonus

The rr777 welcome bonus — a 100% first deposit match up to Rs 10,000 — is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. The minimum deposit to activate the welcome bonus is Rs 500. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount on eligible games within 30 days of the bonus being credited. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household and per device.

7.2 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by rr777 are subject to the specific terms published on the rr777 Promotions page at the time of the offer. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms apply to that promotion only. rr777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Bonuses that have not been activated within their stated validity period will expire automatically.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

rr777 monitors all accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, hedging bets across markets to guarantee completion of requirements regardless of outcome, and coordinated multi-account bonus farming. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance forfeited and may be suspended from future promotional participation or from the platform entirely.

8 Referral Programme

The rr777 Refer a Friend programme awards Rs 500 in Real Money Balance to a referring player for each new player who registers using the referrer's unique link and makes a qualifying first deposit of Rs 500 or more. Referral rewards are credited within 24 hours of the referred player's qualifying deposit being confirmed.

• Self-referral — creating a new account to refer yourself — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Referral links may only be shared with genuine prospective players. Mass distribution through spam, automated messaging tools or purchased traffic channels is prohibited.
• rr777 reserves the right to withhold referral payments pending review where referral activity appears artificial or coordinated.
• Tier-based referral rate increases (as described on the Refer a Friend page) are applied automatically upon reaching stated referral milestones and are not subject to separate claim.
• Referral bonuses credited as Real Money Balance are withdrawable without wagering requirements. Referral bonuses credited as Bonus Balance (in specific promotional periods) are subject to applicable wagering requirements.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rr777 platform. Engaging in any of the activities below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on the rr777 platform, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or attempting to obscure the origin of funds through gaming transactions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play games or interact with the rr777 platform in a manner not available to regular human players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or pricing mistakes to gain an artificial advantage — commonly referred to as "bug exploitation".
• Colluding with other players in card games, sports betting or any other game format to gain a coordinated unfair advantage at the expense of other players or rr777.
• Sharing account access with any third party or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained or unauthorised payment credentials to deposit funds.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, corrupted event manipulation or inside-information betting in sports markets.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing rr777 staff or other players through any communication channel associated with rr777.

10 Responsible Gaming

rr777 is committed to providing a gaming environment that is entertaining and safe. We recognise that for some players, gaming can develop into a problematic pattern of behaviour, and we take our responsibility in this area seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all rr777 players from the account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total PKR amount you can deposit into your rr777 account. Limits take effect immediately. Increases require a seven-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits — Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period across all games and betting markets.
• Session Time Reminders — Set a maximum session duration after which rr777 will display a reminder and give you the option to end the session.
• Reality Checks — Enable periodic on-screen notifications showing how long you have been playing in the current session and your net balance change.

12 Limitation of Liability

rr777 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability and accurate operation, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. rr777 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or delays in processing caused by third-party payment providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rr777's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. rr777 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses including loss of profits, loss of opportunity or emotional distress.

Nothing in these Terms limits rr777's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

rr777 may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will receive notification via the account dashboard and, where an email address is on file, by email. The updated Terms will display the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the rr777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with an amendment, you may close your rr777 account and withdraw any available balance before the effective date. To close your account, contact support@rr777.life with the subject line "Account Closure Request". rr777 will process account closures within 48 hours of a complete request.

14 Contact and Dispute Resolution

For any question, concern or complaint related to these Terms or your rr777 account, please contact support using one of the following channels:

Formal disputes must be submitted in writing to support@rr777.life with the subject line "Formal Dispute – [your username]". rr777 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 10 business days. If you remain unsatisfied after rr777's response, you may seek independent advice through appropriate consumer protection channels in Pakistan.

These Terms and the relationship between you and rr777 are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the support process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
